Dark chocolate can help with heart disease and stress levels.
A small bar of dark chocolate a day helps to keep stress away, say specialists.
A group of men and women ate 20g of dark chocolate, morning and evening and scientists monitored their stress hormone production. Their stress hormone level was lower and they suffered less stress.
Good news for chocolate addicts.
