OrAl PrESeNtAtIoN

RAFA-SERGI

I think that this oral presentation we came out better than the previous presentation because as we already had the experience learned,we could control the nerves, speak more clarity .. and as we were two people is not the shame if it did so as one person.
For what has been done, I think that the note of our presentatión is between seven-eigth, more than anything because I had a good feeling.

Hello I am Sergi. The characterístics of spain are:
- The size is approximately five hundred square meters.
-The population is approximately forty million people, density nine people for square kilometers.
-The average income to spain is: twelve thousand to eighteen thousand € every year.
-The average number of children is 1.37! this is low for a European catholic country.
- Spain's capital is Madrid. Madris has a population of five point one million and it is six hundred and ninety eight kilometers squared in size. The spanish Royal family live here and thousand of tourist visit Madrid every year.

Now we eill discuss the two religions:
-The main religion is Roman-Catholic but over twenty percent of the population have no religion.

Now talk about the typical music of spain:
-Spanish music is very varied.
-Most people asociate spain with flamenco and Spanish guitar.
-However the music varies region to region.
-The contemporary music scene is centered in Madrid and has contribued to pop, rock, hip-hop and heavy metal.

Now compare the two countries typical sports:
-Popular sports in spain have som similarities with the UK.
-Football is the most popular sport, for example teams like FCB, Real Madrid..
-Tenis, golf and motorsports are also important.
-Differents sports from the UK are: handball, basketball, watersports...

The finally information we wont to compare is typical foods. Now I will start with the typical foods of Spain:
-Spanish cuisine is fomous arround the world for being healthy.
-The Mediterranean diet is: Fresh fish, vegetables..
-Spanish flavours are traditionals.
-Coastals areas still have a fantastic selection of fresh fish and shell fish- all tourist love paella.

-In conclusion we would like to say that Madrid and London are both capital cities and both are tourist attractions. However both are very different, both reflect their traditions and cultures.

A wEeKeNd BoReD

This weekend has been bored. Saturday afternoon we went to play in Barcelona, but not avail because we lose 2-0. When I arrived at Castelló, I thought that if you go out at night or not. Finally my decision wasn't good because the night was bored.
I still have a lot of homework to do and had to study, which I did but very tired.
I wish I could to return Sunday and I think better my decision to go or not at night because I now regret that my decision was "go out at night!"

Rafa's a very good friend. He is tall, he's got brown ayes and brown hair, he is quite thin and particulary good person.
In our free time we are always with friends and we often ride motorbikes. He really likes basketball but doesn't like walking very much.
Rafa only likes football a bit, but if he can choose a team it is Real Madrid.
He is rather quite but sometimes he talks a lot.
In conclusion I think that Rafa is a good friend, a good person and I have known him since he was young.

GoOd WeEkEnD cArNiVaL!

This weekend has been carnival roses and St. Peter. We had a great desire to spend the weekend to party all disguised as painters. We left Friday afternoon to paint the costumes that were very good and we were driving at night to enjoy the carnival roses. The next day I got up at four in the afternoon and was very tired but as carnal as it should take only once a year and went to St.Pere where we had spent too much well. Now the group is anxious to happen this week because this weekend is the carnival of Castelló! and as every year for sure we pass it very well!

It's REAL: Russian doctors confirm picture of mugging victim with a six-inch knife in her back is genuine

An extraordinary picture that has gone around the world of a knife plunged into the back of a woman mugging victim is genuine, it was revealed by doctors in Moscow tonight.Julia Popova, 22, was stabbed by a mugger as she walked home from work one day last autumn - but she was so traumatised by the attack that she walked home without realising the knife was embedded in her, just a fraction of an inch from her spinal cord.In the image, blood is shown gushing from the wound as surgeons stare in awe, apparently preparing to operate to remove the six-inch blade.

Julia only realised something was wrong when she arrived home and her parents saw what had happened. An ambulance was at the house within 15 minutes - meaning the woman spent over an hour with the blade in her back before she was seen by doctors.

A Russian woman was attacked when she was walking home. The man who attacked her put a knife in her neck. The woman did not die, she was in shock and she walked home! When her parents saw her they called an ambulance. The woman had the knife in her neck for over an hour and then doctors removed it. She was very lucky because the knife did not cut her main arteries or her spinal cord

I found this story on the (Daily Mail 6/02/2009). I think that this new is very shocking because is not a normally situation. In real life if you see a knife stuck in one person and you see that this person not died, you get the idea that this person is a god or something like that.
